I am in my early thirties, born and raised
in Cape Town, South Africa and moved to London
in 1995 where I am still currently living.
I’ve had an absolute passion for House
music for as long as I can remember. House
music was discovered in the same year when
I was born, in 1977, so you could say that
I have been into it my whole life!
I like to mix Funky Vocal House with a dash
of Electro. Most of my mixes start nice and
slow and then speed up to a nice beat, the
type of beat that you just can’t get
enough of. My aim is to use only very recently
released tracks which I buy from several DJ
websites and I am a sucker for great remixes.
Soon after I started mixing I created a fan
club on Facebook
and the number of fans is rapidly increasing
with very positive feedback. My mixes get
downloaded on average between 500 and 1000
times per week directly from the DJD
Podcast page where I offer FREE
downloads! You can also subscribe to iTunes
from that page. Apart from that I created
the DJD
Blog where you can read all about
my mixes and other bits of information. Although
I have been very busy sourcing tracks, mixing
and promoting; I felt that the time was right
to take the next step and I am pleased that
it was with Create Radio.
